18x22" – I found the metal screen at a scrap yard years ago and finally got around to finishing what it was always meant to be: Lon Chaney in the 1925 silent classic, "Phantom of the Opera." Wired and ready to hang.

"Missing Person"

"Hog Call"

133x18x4.5" – When I saw the pink phone someone had thrown away, I noticed the curly cord, the snout – the potential pig – and the idea of a hog call was born. I cut the letters out of license plates used others from a large collection of type. Wired and ready to hang in a child's room or nursery.

"Good Grief" (Sold)

15x27" – I found the metal panel on a narrow median and was shocked to see Charlie Brown immediately. His mouth and right eye were already there! Been looking for Snoopy, but no luck. Im confident he'll show up and maybe they can be reunited. Wired and ready to hang in a kid's room or nursery.

"Death Took the Reins"

15x32x12" – This was originally part of a different, larger piece, "The Tragic Death of Bonnie Blue Butler," which also included a horse and Scarlet and Rhett. This is much more practical. Made of a stool, furniture fragments and other found objects. I used a Dremel to carve the skeleton out of wooden slats from an old door. This can sit on a mantel or shelf or hang on the wall.

"Einstein"

This large portrait was inspired by the thought of Einstein's love of bicycles. I even read that he was riding a bike when he first thought of his Theory of Relativity. Made of bike parts, scrap yard wire and other found objects. Wired and ready to hang inside or out. (local pick-up only)

"Snookie & Crocadilly"

18x26" - This is an early piece of mine – back when "Jersey Shore" was big and we as a family would howl at the hijinx of Snookie and the juice heads. My creative muse is made of a pie pan, large hinges, faucet handles, other misc. found objects.

"Little Caesar" (Sold)

2017 - 18x26" - Edward G. Robinson was an iconic movie star who started out playing gangsters in the 1930s. I love him. Imagine my surprise when I came upon a flattened pale with those trademark lips! His body and fedora are made of a 1920s adding machine housing.

"Head Transplant"

The instrument panel found at the local scrap yard has a military feel, which contrasts nicely with the antique, glass-eyed doll head and century-old sewing machine drawer. Not shown here: I added some colorful wires protruding from the doll's neck . . .

My brother found the wonderful lawnmower part at a creepy Delaware dumping ground. The ceiling tin has a beautiful, green crackle paint and the emcee is made of a lock and latch that my mother gave me.

May, 2018 – 16x25” – Portrait of George Jones, the greatest country singer of all time. Made of old "Rambler" pinball game, paint tray, aluminum shingle, license plate letters and other found objects. I started out thinking this was going to be an aging Elvis, but it was obvious right away that ol’ Possum was staring at me.
